As a behind deck ledger flashing/waterproofing membrane, it's simply hard to beat. We use it now on every deck we build, and use the smaller (4') Vycor as a barrier tape on jobs that we need a fast, yet permanent water barrier (around protrusions, where fasteners need to penetrate, etc). Can be somewhat difficult if you let the sun beat down on it before use, and it seems around 75 Fahrenheit is ideal application temp. Grace, yet again, comes out with a product that simply delivers on it's promises, and doesn't fall short. I read a lot of reviews before I bought this bench.

Some of the negative reviews concerned me, but I bought it anyway at a discount price. As I followed the directions I realized that some of the problems people complained about were probably caused from trying to skip or not following each step in detail.When I finished putting the bench together I also noticed that it needed to be on a perfectly flat floor.
If not it, caused a slight twist to the box and the lid would not fit correctly. It's better on a deck or concrete patio.I also added two eye bolts to the lid on the the bench to tye the pad to.
