The one everyone is posting on is the official Retail packaged version offered by Microsoft, which is delivered with 2 different DVDs. One for 32 bit and the second for 64 bit. This is offered ineither Full or Upgrade kits.The second 'major' version is OEM and is one one DVD of either 32 or 64 bit. OEM versions can not upgrade older versions of Windows. OEM versions are forever 'locked' to the first computer / motherboard the Windows is installed / activated on. This seemsto be what you purchased.
